Arab Parliaments Conference Wants Syria Back in the Arab League

The Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union Conference that convened in the Iraqi capital Baghdad called on the Arab League to restore Syria's seat that was suspended in 2012, it also called on all Arab governments to show solidarity with Syria and the Syrian people, another severe blow to US-led war of terror to overthrow the government of President Assad.

Arab Parliaments Conference Wants Syria Back in the Arab League

The USA, its European Union minions, and their Qatar and Saudi stooges have spent literally hundreds of billions of dollars / Euros to topple the Syrian government during the past 12 years, the military and terrorism were led by the USA and the UK, the financing was contributed by all members of the evil camp with Qatar and Saudi Arabia spending over 138 billion dollars until May 2017, this was admitted by the former Qatari prime minister on his state's TV.

All these went in vain and the representatives of the people convening in Iraq, once invaded and occupied by the USA and the UK called for solidarity with Syria and to stand in full support of the Syrian people against terrorism and now in the wake of the devastating earthquake.

The Union decided to send a delegation to Damascus comprising the heads and notable members of the delegations attending the conference in Baghdad immediately after the conference concluded.

Qatar objected, and Saudi abstained from the above initiative, worth noting that neither of them has a parliament, no constitution, and no opposite parties not even any political party, yet they were spearheading the war on Syria to push for democratic reforms, under the guise of the so-called Arab Spring, in the country that had its parliament established in 1919!

Why USA So Eager to Place EU Sanctions on Syria?!

We thought the whole fuss was to protect people of countries under oppressive regimes, now it's obvious that companies' interests are far more important than protecting people!

Let's draw some lines: USA wants its allies to impose further sanctions because simply US companies do not deal in Syria thus US companies will not lose, but wants European companies to lose.

Turkey maintains a $2 Bln trade with Syria but economy is something and political drama is something else.

Chinese companies and others might step in to cover the gap so EU companies shouldn't pull out fast.

Ok, we got it, it's oil and business and not Human Rights and oppressions, that point is clear, but why Syria? The fast answer comes: Why not if we can?!

But, Syria is positioned in a very strategic location for God sake, it borders israel, the missing dot in the US foreign policies when it comes to the MENA area. If israel's interests are protected that's enough to keep the US president in office, if israel's interests are endangered that's a big sign for the US president on the way out of office, who else pays presidential campaigns and have the highest hands? AIPAC, and it is the israeli lobby in USA.

Stop lying and say you need to destroy Syria not because there is unproved oppression which is mentioned only by some vague activists, it's because business and israel.

Good Day Americans & enjoy Democracy.

Our Comments on Times of India Article re Syria

What we know that there are killings, who is killing them the govt is saying armed groups which explains the killings of over 600 soldiers and security officials who obviously don't die by 'Peaceful Protesters' chanting for 'Freedom'.

Syria has been through the same experience between 1978 and 1982 where armed extremist group called (Muslim Brotherhood) was targeting police stations, army posts, army recruiting centers, intellectuals, university professors, people of different sects.. etc.

The same group surfaced now with the help of the CIA and others, covered in media by Mainstream Media houses the same MSM's that faked news in Libya to facilitate the advance of armed rebels on the govt of the Libyan president Gaddafi.

Out of a sudden and without legal or established credentials tens of 'Human Rights Groups' surfaced abroad Syria reporting the alleged deaths and crackdown by govt on 'Peaceful Protesters', such groups mainly can be described as one man show kiosks since nothing comes out of such groups except by the heads of it, but there's no members and no known offices!! The worst part is when we know that most of these kiosks are run by sons of the same people involved in the events in the 1978 - 1982 crimes.
NATO is very eager in delivering the US proposed New Middle East by "Creative Chaos" as introduced by former US Secretary of State Rice and her president then George W Bush, as an advanced step towards the "New World Order" introduced itself by Bush's own father George Bush Senior.

MENA (Middle East & North Africa) due to its strategical geographic location and wealth it has, if Syria falls the road will be easier towards Iran then east to swallow what's left of countries and squeeze the others. India will not be an exceptional, since the Western countries are facing disastrous economic issues that would collapse their communities and cause chaos there, so why not export their problems, create markets for their goods and suck the wealth of others.

Russia's PM Mr. Putin described USA as a parasite on the world's economy, now you can see why.

Syria Is Stronger Than Libya, Slow Down, Kill Them In Slow Motion

The question is not whether it's ethical to attack this country or that, topple this regime or that, bomb these civilians to protect them or not any more, neoconservative mouthpieces' concerns are now: What are the capabilities of this country? How much it will cost us to bomb it? Will we lose any casualties? How much oil we get in reward?

That's why this article isn't about should US impose a puppet ruler for Syria other than the existing who might accept all our terms, this article from its title starts by a warning: Syria is stronger than Libya?! Syria's strategical location. The Syrian army capabilities.. and on.

So it's not about democracy or 'Protecting People' obviously, it's about invading a 3rd Middle East Country in 1 decade, force changes to the social, economics and geo-strategy of these countries: suck their oil, and in the case of Syria the goal is very obvious: Protect israel. To achieve so, the puppet ruler the CIA is preparing should do the following:

1. Sign a peace treaty with israel.
2. Accept to nationalize 600,000 Palestinians in Syria and abolish their right to return to their homeland.
3. Golan Heights to be leased to israel for a further 99 years hoping Anti-Christ might show up in the meantime.
4. Secure water resources for israel.
5. Since you control Syria, Lebanon comes as a package, same conditions applies including disarming Lebanese resistance, securing water from Litani, nationalizing Palestinians in Lebanon, forget occupied territories in South Lebanon.. etc..
6. The puppet leader should work on an overhaul to the Syrian community to force concentrations based on ethnic and religious backgrounds in order for future dividing of the country into 4 smaller states that will fight in between on everything.
etc..

But again, wait, WARNING: Syria is much stronger than Libya, you need to consider in your bombing campaign their T72 tanks, their air defense system, their MIGs and Sokhoys and all the other stuff. So let's take our time in tiring the Syrian army into small enclaves of unrest by terrorist we claim we fight while we support, train, finance and control, try to instigate an ethnic civil war, it usually pays off, sanctions, more sanctions and much more sanctions, if we impose sanctions the people will starve then we come to rescue them from the Famine (Somalia example), and of course we don't forget CNN & others who have a vital role in our campaign, keep lying until someone believes you and demonize the existing regime like we did in Libya and someday President Obomber will announce from the White House before his term ends that bombing Syria is over and now there's no people to fight us back because we killed them all.

The above comment should appear on a CNN blog here: (They said they don't pre-monitor comments but until now it didn't appear, maybe traffic on the way to CNN HQ):

LA Times Reporter in Beirut Tells How Aleppo Mufti Died, The Way She Deemed Sutiable

In Syria we should pray to God to delay the deaths planned for the time being until the unrest in the remote suburbs is over, otherwise whoever dies would raise a doubt that the Bashar himself has killed him!

The 77 years old, yes SEVENTY SEVEN years old mufti after delivering his Friday sermon went home then felt some chest ache, he was taken to the hospital and underwent a surgical operation and died a couple of days afterwards, does that sound strange?

Now to the schizophrenic reporting: "Plainclothes pro-government security forces attacked mourners, and mourners and activists calling for an end to President Bashar Assad's regime."? Say what?

First of all how did the Beirut based reporter know that those wearing plaincloth are security forces? Then pro-government security forces? Since the beginning of the riots in Syria in March we never heard of anti-govt security forces to have pro-govt security forces, the reporter went wild in the imagination here. Mourners and activists calling for an end to President Bashar Assad's regime, during the burial procedures? of a Mufti? Excuse me, I never heard a burial ceremony protesting against the regime, the family of the dead person would definitely not want to turn the respected burial ceremony into a circus.. Unless again some weak personalities want to take advantage of any gathering even if it was a burial.

The reporting in Beirut tries to imply that the mufti was afraid of a visit of security forces personnel because of his sermon, well just some inquiries:
- Source of the visit news? Local Coordinators of Chaos? I wouldn't believe rioters as reliable information source.
- Were the security personnel who visited the mufti wearing plain cloth or uniformed?
- As we know that the mufti is the one responsible of other mosques in his jurisdiction, would he fear consequences of his own sermon?
- The mufti had previous much harsh criticism to almost everything wrong in the Syrian life, from holes in the streets, to people spitting on the streets, to criticizing the regime during his 40 plus years of public service, he never feared a couple of visiting security officers.. very unlikely.

Aniseh doubts that the govt had something to do with his death, wait a second.. Who is Aniseh? oh yes, you said, she's a 45 years old mother of 5, and she's a credible source, because Aniseh is well known in the Aleppo society of 6 million not to lie before.

Shall I continue? Why not, today Wednesday evening Addounia TV aired 2 interviews with 2 of the late mufti brothers, whom both in their late something and both individually confirmed the story of admitting to hospital, having a cardiology failure with similar nature to their father's cause of death.

So what? He was a critic to the regime, even if he dies of natural cause the regime is behind his death.. Because the reporter is of a known anti-Syrian stance linked to the "Fourteenies" the ousted Lebanese prime minister Saad Hariri bloc, who lost his inherited Premiership in a civilized democratic way but can't get over it.

If late Salkini can stir more unrest in Aleppo, he could have done that in the past 6 months and not after things are calming now in general and the pockets left have switched to armed gangs which is denounced by Islamic Sharia in general and in particular.

The rest of the blog is speculations and general news of a copy and paste nature from other news articles.

NY Times Do Not Understand Why Not Everybody Rioting Against Govt in Syria

Why don't you just commit that you made a mistake in characterizing the situation in Syria and implying your desired domino image that took place in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen on Syria?

Facts: Damascus population exceeds 5 Million, Aleppo more than 6 million, both combined over 9 Million, if you take in consideration that Syria's population is merely 23 million, you can see that roughly half of the population and not a single protest, comic protests you saw on YouTube videos claiming to be in Damascus were done by people coming to the capitol and rioting near a landmark for 5 to 10 minutes max then dispersing by themselves, other effects are added later like multiplying the numbers, the sound of heavy bullets.. etc., your evidence that these were added later is that when you heavily shoot at unarmed protests with a shoot to kill policy, barely anyone will make it alive, not all of them unharmed!!

Other cities like Latakkia, Tartous, Jableh saw very tiny protests not exceeding 20 in each in remote streets.

The infamous events took place in: Hama, Homs (still), Idlib & its suburb in Jisr Al Shoghour, Der Ezzor and Bu Kamal. Talkalakh and Baniyas two small towns in Homs and Tartous respectively, will explain why below but first:

The following cities didn't see a single protester, yes not a single protester and each one is a provincial center: Suwaida, Rigga, Hasaka, Qunaitara!

If you take in consideration that Homs and its smaller city Talkalakh, Idlib and its smaller city Jisr, Baniyas, Der Ezzor and its smaller city Bukamal are all corner border cities gives you an indication who is really protesting, I'll try to explain further.

Any border city would be having smugglers, smugglers would be armed, armed smugglers don't respect law and further they attack whomever threaten their business, including security.

Armed smugglers can smuggle anything, in Syria due to its geographical position and the fact that many items are subsidized in Syria by the govt, armed smugglers specialize in: out of Syria: bread, fuel oil, cooking gas cylinders, money, Syrian made medicine, antiques... Into Syria: cigarettes, electronic items, individual weapons.. Transit through Syria: Drugs mainly to Arabian Gulf and other stuff.

Such smugglers obviously nothing will stop them, if you remember the border towns I mentioned above, during the period of 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the events kickoff in Syria 15th March, 2011, smugglers added few items to their profession: high tech communication routers that authorities found it works on the shadowy internet the US mob called CIA created to destabilize countries, Al Thoraya Satellite 'very costly' telephones that doesn't go through national communication system, heavy machine guns, and a chemical agent to be mixed with water and sprayed on protesters to hallucinate them as obvious here in this Hama.

It's not a coincidence that Condaliza Rice talks about a creative chaos in the Middle East, her team after she left are exactly the same and the one handling the MENA region Jeffery Filtman is the man for this job, and no coincidence George W, his father & his successor Obama promotes a new world order NWO (check this video and don't be surprised), it's no coincidence that Mainstream Media channels, mostly owned by Murdoch, and the others, well, you figure it, all the main channels are teamed up to tell the exact same story copying from each other in a loop till the point that you can't find the real source because each one refers to the other, and a confession of one of the Syria opposition riots instigators confess that the Pan Arab News House Al Jazeera helped him, trained him and supplied him with devices to transmit the events live or almost live as it happens months before the events kicked off, no coincidence that out of a sudden tens of 'Activists' and Human Rights Organization pop up and all specialized in Syria... and the list goes on.

In regards with HRO (Human Rights Organizations) it was found that most of these so called organizations are nothing more than a kiosk of mostly a one man show (London based Syrian Observatory, a man and his son (a fugitive Muslim Brotherhood member and his son in Stockholm), 3 HROs in one family (in Cairo a father, a mother and a son each has his or her own HRO!)... All surprisingly have direct connections with CIA, USA State Dept, and many met israeli officials (Syria & israel are in a state of war, so meeting an official from one country is considered a treason in the other).

It's not a coincidence also that US Dept of State, out of the US Citizen's Taxes finance such opposition figures with few millions of Dollars (see this report) just to create chaos in other countries that don't accept the hegemony of the neoconservatives in control of the USA, and their New World Order that puts bankers (of course you know who control banks) in charge of the world.

Just looking in the near past we see how USA and its NATO allies worked and still working hard to spread democracy and freedom for oppressed people, and from those who benefited we can name: Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia.. add Libya now..

Just want to tell my US readers: You are contributing in the killings of civilians by financing such devilish schemes, nobody appointed your country as the World's Sheriff, nobody is grateful except a few of smugglers and criminals who benefit from your hard earned money, you are only creating hatred and more enemies to you, your country and your children.

Our Comments on VOA Role in the Media War Game on Syria

Each time the govt security forces gets involved in a clash with terrorists armed salafist groups, namely Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood fanatics it's reported by your 'Activists' as security shooting protesters.. that's becoming a sick story over time.

Each time the govt security officers get killed in ambushes in remote areas by such CIA backed groups, it's not mentioned but whomever is killed from the terrorists becomes a martyr for freedom, freedom of course but from punishment for terrorism.

Can you explain why your 'Activists' are all based abroad Syria and all of them are fugitive terrorists wanted for crimes including terrorism, rape, drugs and alike?

You can brainwash the blind and close minded extremists, like how Gobles, Hitler's assistant did to Nazis, but you can't brainwash US Citizens anymore with the spreading of internet and awareness.

Our Comments on an Article by the Independent Offering Help to Other Countries by a NATO Rebel

Funny, but sadly funny, since when Al Qaeda NATO contractors are worried about protecting civilians in their own countries let alone wanting to aid others? How? By protecting them for 6 months like you did in Libya?

Syria is different in a million plus ways than any other country even worldwide not only other Arab countries, examples:

You can think of a country that has sects of each minority who lived on this planet.

Think of a country that its economy didn't collapse after 30 years of American siege & sanctions, while American economy itself collapsed twice already in 2008 & last week.

A country that is portrayed in the Mainstream Media as having a civil war for 5.5 months already and yet not a single defection in the Army or Diplomats body or at least a cleaner in a ministry! Does this tell you anything? All you see and hear from MSMs are lies just like the Iraq's WMDs, the capture of Gaddafi's son, killing of other sons.. etc.

A country that has direct enormous effects on all surrounding countries and has influence in each.

A country that can shell 9,000 medium range rockets every 12 minutes until its arsenal of 6 million is over. Rockets with a 700 Klm range.

Syria is the only place in the middle east that all sects practice their religions freely and under the protection of the government, something that is not available even in France and some European countries banning Burqa; USA that has lobbies trying to prevent a mosque from being built in NY; the police state of United Queendom (UK but since there's no king) that monitors each minority sect..

NATO has all rights to double think and even count to 10 before thinking of sending its first bullet into Syria. While plotting, which is something else and Syrians are used to is dealt with in a very smart and effective way, it usually backlashes on countries that plot against Syria in multiple times.. You want more about Syria? Ask me, for the meantime I'll confirm to you that this plot is over.

Our Comment on a WND Article Obama to ask Syria leader to step down

Obama still thinks he's the leader of the super power that carries the role of world policeman, distributing legitimacy among world's leaders for committing crimes only USA can evaluate. Wake up Obama, your country is on the brink of collapsing, your super power lost each and every battle it fought after WWII, which it didn't fight alone, after 11 years in Afghanistan, the country is ore hostile to ISA & deadly attacks daily on your troops, 31 Navy Seals & 27 Marines in just one week, after 8 years in Iraq in which you and your former sacrificed US troops and over a million Iraqi killed and millions displaced, it's Iran who has influence there and not USA, after 5 months from a 'Civilian Protection' campaign in Libya your mission became a 'Civilian Slaughter' campaign, after decades of meddling in Lebanon it's Hezbollah who is in power now not your puppet agents, after decades of besieging Somalia you are in charge of the history's worst famine in the horn of Africa. US Tax Payers and citizens didn't elect you to continue what the world's worst criminal at large George W Bush did, they elected you because they believed you will make a change, remember: Change, Yes We Can? Well let me tell you Mr. Obama, it's now proven that Change, No You Can't. Stop interfering in others' internal issues that your CIA creates and try to focus a bit on the welfare of your own people. By the way, just as a reminder, ask each former president or living advisors of the USA which country humiliated them all and they'll all tell you it's Syria: Nikson, Carter, Reagan, George Bush Senior, Clinton, and George Bush the criminal, all of them had an encounter with Syria, each one had a lesson in diplomacy, history, people's rights, covert operations, and even in direct combat like the case of Reagan who suffered the largest losts ever in the American wars history: 241 Marines in 1 day in 1983 in Beirut.

Our Comment on The Express Tribune Article about Syria Today

I came to your site through a search I was performing for reliable news but when I read that you based your story on 'activists' I got disappointed sorry to say. The so called Arab Revolts were stained from the beginning by 3 shady elements:

1) Eye Witnesses giving their testimonies to news agencies while sitting hundreds if not thousands of miles away rendering them speculative & unreliable, mostly describing in great details events happening in other cities if not countries.

2) News posted on Social Media platforms including Facebook, YouTube & Twitter, making it impossible to confirm authenticity & in so many cases fake old videos in neighboring countries were uploaded afresh with reference to the country under focus; a large number of such videos were discovered.

3) Human Rights Activists, out of a sudden tens of Human Rights Organizations surfaced from nowhere, based in general abroad the country under focus while specializing in internal events of that country without a single source on ground. In all the testimonies of such HR Orgs the testimony is given to the news agency by the head of the organization in person, simply because all of these organizations are one man show kiosks!

What makes the above dangerous not the inability to verify the information given by the vague sources above, nor the inability of verifying the sources itself, but what makes it really dangerous the intention by some Mainstream Media houses to build a reputation of being the source that touches on what enthusiast want to learn rather than what's really going on, therefore, it'll be competing among each other to attract more audiences by giving higher numbers of casualties of crimes that most of the times never even happened, news of large demonstrations that never took place using the videos referred to above and even in times referring to rallies by regimes as protests against the regime, some of these media houses do so with a profitability intention only, mere business, while some of them unfortunately do it on purpose based on their owners' motives, biggest examples of such media houses are the Pan Arab Al Jazeera Satellite Channel in its Arabic version and a slightly a bit less in its English version, also Al Arabiya, and followed suit BBC Arabic, France24 & CNN.

In the case of Syria, these news stations has given an excuse to broadcast unreliable information as not being able to report from the country itself where a decision was taken by the government to expel all foreign reporters until the picture is clearer based on discovering that many of those reporters weren't innocent in distributing fake news & videos like in the case of Reuters Jordanian reporter Oweis who distributed a video of an injured soldier who was shot by armed elements within a protest & confirmed so twice to the reporter while the reporter released his story that security forces shot the soldier because he refused to shoot at unarmed protesters, for the bad luck of Mr. Oweis, his interview was recorded by another reporter & when authorities matched the 2 videos Mr. Oweis was called for investigation then was expelled.

Insisting that these riots are unarmed civilian protests asking for more freedom is the biggest contribution media houses add in order to cause anarchy and create chaos in countries that have a different opinion to countries who can control these media houses such as USA and its allies.

Check our webpage given above to see how these protesters referred to as 'Peaceful Protesters' and unarmed are fully loaded up to their teeth with weapons from a butcher knife to a gun, a sniper gun, automatic machine gun to 4x4 vehicles equipped with anti-aircraft machine guns, that no country on this planet will accept to have within its people even if they have some 'freedom rights' they ask for.

Our Comment on the Telegraph Blog by Michael Weiss on Syria

Micheal Weiss, well done.. Very interesting story & could get you the Pulitzer award, only if it was true.

Where to start? Let's see.. How about your sources?

A short while after events started in Syria, the government there took a wise decision to expel foreign media from the country for a simple reason: Unbiased Reporting from Inside, and it all started with Reuters reporter Oweis a Jordanian enthusiast who wanted to become famous on the account of professionalism & fact reporting and concentrated instead on hottest titles and twisted facts that catch eyes of readers & attention of viewers, so he was caught red handed in a video he sent his agency putting words in a wounded soldier’s mouth in a hospital, the soldier was serving in Dara’a, south of Syria, at the borders with Jordan, where the soldier was telling a group of news agencies that he was shot by an armed gang & Reuters guy replied to him: Why did the security shoot at you? The wounded soldier, pressing on his pain: “No, it wasn’t security, we were shot at by armed gangs hiding within protesters” & Reuters guy again: So you say the security shot you because you refused to shoot at unarmed protesters?!! The video distributed ends here with the voice of the soldier weakened by added noise, unlucky for the Reuters reporter all the others had that on their tapes including the state media guy who showed the film to officials & they aired it on State TV & it was widely viewed by Syrians on YouTube in full with the soldiers words, so the Reuters guy was interrogated then expelled, others of different international news agencies were looking for blood news, not facts, so they also were expelled.

Giving the story above I ask again Mr. Weiss: What’s your source? If there’s no foreign media reporting from inside, and the state media is reporting a totally different story than yours.. We are left with ‘Human Rights Activists’. Out of a sudden we hear about tens of HR Organizations specialized in Syria but none of them have presence in Syria itself, most if not all of them are one man show kiosks in foreign countries & all linked together through a well organized network, Ausama Monajed gave an interesting interview explaining how he was involved in smuggling high tech communication devices & other stuff into Syria through a network of agents (other stuff included US made automatic machine guns, grenades, RPGs, even few 4x4 cars loaded with anti-airplanes machine guns like the ones used now in Libya and which the Syrian army already confiscated over a 100 of them).

Before, media professionals would tell you that you need to cross examine your news by 3 different reliable sources before broadcasting to preserve your network’s reputation, that’s still in place, except for so called Arab Spring Revolt & it appeared clearly in the Syrian case, where clips of videos uploaded to Youtube by anonymous people are being the reliable source of information. Numbers of protesters in each city reach on Fridays double the population of the city itself including its residents from 0 to 100 years old..! Including of course people who support the regime and even people who do not support any part & not into politics, the majority usually..!

Your entire article can be labeled fairy & valued at par with BS depending on your source & style. Wake up.

The fact that you missed, was even declared by US Secretary of State, many others, even Reuters itself today that the Syrian army is fighting well organized & fully armed gangs, the government of Syria estimates their numbers of tens of thousands who used to serve in Lebanon, Afghanistan & Iraq and were called hastily to contribute in overthrowing the regime in Syria.

Why Syria? Syria is the only country left in the Levant, Middle East, The Crossroad Region, you name it, that is still out of the US Hegemony Sphere; Syria is the only country that is opposing & succeeding in preventing the settlement of over a million Palestinian Refugees in the countries they live in now in exodus, out of which over 450,000 live in Syria itself, depriving them one of the basic rights of humans, the right to return to their homeland stolen from them by Zionist israel and given to settlers brought from all over the planet just because they are Jews. Syria is the country that is not letting the US invasion army in Iraq enjoy stealing the oil peacefully. Syria does not recognize israel as a state because it is based on a race, stole others’ lands, besieging over 1.5 Million Palestinians in Gaza Strip, detaining over 11,000 Palestinians for political reasons & committing daily crimes against residents of occupied Palestine.

Update 01 August 2011, 8:00am CET:

Someone apparently not from planet Earth commented on our above comment so we had to reply explaining how life is on this planet, here's the excerpt:

I don't know on which planet you live, but here on planet Earth we know facts:
You said Syrians who don't admit military rule failure are the ones whose pockets are filled with cash - as Dollars of course. I tell you: Majority of Syrians don't have their pockets filled with Dollar cash, try to get some statistics.. Military rule fails in general that's why the transition already started.

You said: I forgot to mention that a country with Syria's resources is one of the least developed in the region!! In what precisely? Internet speed in Syria is 3 times the one in Lebanon for instance; Syria's doctors are the most wanted in the doctors’ jobs market, Syria's engineers are making extra-ordinary achievements by themselves in developing most prosperity needed tools due to a siege Syria is facing by the USA & partners over decades now. In Syria: school is free & compulsory up to the 9th grade (15 y/o), and it’s free till college graduation for its people & whomever enrolls in Syria’s education system, asks hundred of Arabs & others who studied in Syria. In Syria: Health Care is free from emergency till complicated operations including medicines & high tech scanning. In Syria: though the income is little compared by other nations but the expenses are peanuts compared with those nations: if you don’t need to pay for education & health that’s half of your expenses saved add to it: In Syria: oil is subsidized by more than half & smugglers are caught continuously trying to smuggle diesel to Lebanon. Bread is subsidized, you can buy bread enough for a day for a family of 4 people for 15 Syrian Liras = $0.30 (30 cents) try asking people who did visit Syria about the cost of living.

You said: Why a nation famous for its merchants is incapable of selling even pistachio nuts on the world market, when there’s a siege imposed on a country by the USA & partners it doesn’t sell its goods on the world market, it sells it through bilateral agreements, maybe you need to take a look at the map and see beside NATO State members how many countries are there on planet Earth?

You asked: Why so few tourists are there in Syria, I tell you this is temporary, in Syria in last January there were no places to accommodate tourists even during the winter times, but warnings by governments like USA, UK & friends and the war Syrian Army is fighting terrorists will definitely affect tourism.
If you want to really know who the Syrians are fighting, I’ll ask you to check this very graphic youtube video of the ‘Peaceful Protesters’ throwing bodies of few security men they killed in a river from a high bridge, I have plenty of other videos showing horrific acts by ‘Peaceful Protesters’ against army & security personnel all over Syria if you want, and all have one thumb impression: Al Qaeda. Forgot to tell you that some ‘Peaceful Protesters’ facebook pages are calling to throw acid water on ‘ANY’ person who do not support their ‘Peaceful Protests’ to topple the regime, exactly like what Taliban fighters do with girls going to school, from free & compulsory education to children up to 9th grade to throwing acid water on them. The graphic video link: http://t.co/SXkR8QN (GRAPHIC)

You said: the game is up, I reply: Yes, the game is almost over & all those promoting Anarchy in Syria will be brought to justice.

Our Comment on the US Embassy in Syria Page

Comment posted on US embassy in Syria's facebook page in regards with its rude and unprecedented interference in our country's internal matters:

When your country stops shooting its own people especially children on your streets then you are allowed to preach other countries on how to handle armed gangs in their cities: a 13 years old boy - black boy - was shot 8 bullets today near his school because the highly trained police officers "thought he was holding a weapon in his hands"!! only thought he was holding a weapon in his hands and got shot 8 bullets 2 in the head in a direct targeting. & in Syria where police, army and security officials are killed & civilians chopped into pieces you preach the govt on how to deal with it?! STFU - This is the link to the crime against humanity & children in Chicago today in case you didn't hear of it: http://j.mp/pddJlS

Our Comments on the article that appeared in الشرق الأوسط under: ستة أوهام سورية بقلم محمد الرميحي:

Our Comment on War in Context Blog

Syria in the heart of the storm. Over 40 countries interfere in a single country and works publicly hard for over 5 months and covert for at least a couple of years before, and yet, the Syrian Regime is intact, not a single diplomatic defection neither a single army or security officer defector.

That should give you a hint what's happening inside this country called Syria, in spite of the hundreds of youtube footage where the maximum majority of it is unreliable, biased, in many cases staged and after that refuted with facts by the regime's state media.

A country that has a minority of every sect with a majority of Islamic Sunnis all live in harmony, it'll be very difficult to crack their living culture.

What really happened on the ground is the infiltration of tens of thousands of ex-Qaeda operatives in Iraq, Afghanistan and even in smaller numbers from Lebanon. The total number of these armed, well experienced armed gangs on a moderate count reach between 40 & 50 thousands fighters, moving with huge sums of cash between border cities in Syria and provided with high tech state of the art communication devices that works on the CIA sub-internet and has direct links through Al Thoraya Satellite telephones and connects with Al Jazeera the pan Arab news channel from Qatar. That all makes an unbiased observer to start guessing who is bearing the costs of all these enormous efforts on the ground inside Syria, keeping in mind that one single minute of connection through Al Thoraya would cost you around $30, so imagine the hours of broadcasting live.

Nobody is innocent among the international news houses, especially when they get their news from few media providers like Reuters, Al Jazeera & AFP. With each one of these reporters having a personal problem with the Syrian regime and non of them on the ground.

The biggest drama comes when these media houses depend on so-called self proclaimed 'Human Rights Activists' whom in many cases are wanted criminals or relatives of such fugitives wanted for committing criminal acts in Syria, some even as low as rape of a sister in law for one of them, and another head of a Human Rights Organization who received a $10,000 as a price of a kidney from a donor without paying the donor any single cent of it..!

Hundreds of armed individuals of Syrian, Other Arabs and even Foreign fighters are being caught, add to it what's happening in Homs, Central Syria of planting sectarian hatred and the unbelievable rude visit of the US & French Ambassadors to Hama to participate in protests against the government of the hosting country which is in contradiction of all diplomatic treaties; all of that leads to an international effort to destroy the harmony the people of Syria lives in this country for over 7000 years.

The above was posted today 22 July 2011 on the following site of many thoughts gathered: http://warincontext.org/2011/07/21/syrian-forces-surround-damascus-suburb/comment-page-1/#comment-30963

Our Comment on Washington Post Silly Hawkish Article As Usual Posted 17 July 2011

I'm afraid that Secretary of State has failed the writer of this report urging the failed opposition conference in Istanbul, Turkey yesterday to start dialogue with president Assad 'peacefully' as she said.

A US administration official as mentioned above said: “A bunch of clowns throwing fruit did not change our position,” < isn't that a democratic peaceful way to show discontent against an ambassador of a foreign country who personally went into a demonstration against the hosting government?! How do you bank such an interference? The stupid visit of the ambassador has instead given the Assad supporters a huge push showing them who was behind the unrest in the country from the beginning, otherwise, who can explain that an ambassador of a foreign country drives 'unattended' as claimed into a crowd of people whomever those people are? Syrians have a very good memory, whenever the USA is mentioned for instance they remember the congressmen 26 ovations to israel's prime minister who blew away all rights of Palestinians including the right to return, while Syria hosts of half a million Palestinian refugee for over 60 years. That's just an example.

Legitimacy doesn't come from a foreign country, moreover, if that country has one of the worst human rights violations throughout modern history, even its previous president and his aides were referred to be involved in crimes against humanity in a report just 2 weeks ago by HRW. A country that invades a sovereign country overseas called Iraq, previously it invaded Vietnam, Somalia, Lebanon.. etc. and in Iraq is responsible for the conflict now that resulted in the killing of over a million Iraqi yes 1 Million Iraqi, over 4 million displaced, infrastructure destroyed, keeping in mind Gitmo, Abu Gharib.. etc. such a country cannot preach other countries on human rights.

Syria has witnessed armed groups attacking both civilians and army staff, in one instance when a few hundred well trained salafists ex-iraq combatant attacked a security post in Jisr Shoghour killing over 120 officers and mutilating their bodies, btw, ambassador Ford went with over another 70 diplomats and saw the aftermath of Jisr massacre.

The army is not attacking civilians and in case you want evidences contact me and I'll send you hundreds of videos already on the net showing how the army acts and what they face.

Just a reminder, that the creator of salafists groups and their ideology are non other than the beloved CIA and you have Osama and Al Qaeda as a clear example.

Thank you
