NATO leaders German Consular Merkel and French President Hollande admitted they used the Minsk Agreements to allow NATO to build up Ukraine's Army to be capable of confronting the Russian Army while continuing the oppression and slaughter of Russian and Russian-speaking citizens in the Donbas provinces, which resulted in the murder of up to 15,000 innocent people while Mr. Putin did not take any measure.
Building on this naivety of Mr. Putin, the author believes, that the Turkish madman Erdogan, the faithful servant of the Zionist project managed to draw a similar agreement with Putin dubbed the Astana Agreements which saved thousands of Al Qaeda HTS terrorists from the Syrian Army and allowed NATO to build up these terrorists to be able later to invade the rest of Syria while Russia and Iran were appeasing Erdogan.
The Syrian security in Daraa province delivered a new blow to the CIA's efforts to destabilize the country by eliminating one of the most wanted top commanders of the US-sponsored ISIS terrorists in the southwest of the country.
CIA's asset Muhammad Ali Al-Shaghouri, nicknamed Abu Omar Al-Shaghouri, a top commander of ISIS (ISIL - Daesh) was killed along with two of his bodyguards in his home in the town of Muzayrib in the western countryside of Daraa province, Syrian official media reported and locals confirmed the news.
Syrian security was notified by activists of the presence of Al-Shaghouri in his house near the preparatory (junior high) school in the town of Muzayrib to the west of Daraa city, a swift plan was devised and within a very short period of time the house was stormed and the terrorist was killed when trying to fight back, local sources told Syria News.
CIA asset Al-Shaghouri was responsible for a series of assassinations of notables, policemen, and soldiers of the Syrian Arab Army in his region, he was receiving top support from the US illegal military base in Al Tanf area, with other support from Israel, Jordan, and Qatar throughout the past 3 years.
He managed to flee from the city of Tafas when the Syrian Army liberated it back in January 2021 with the help of his handlers and remained wanted by Syrian law enforcement and the Syrian Army's intelligence units.

Sounds of explosions shook the morning of Saturday, 20 January, followed by fumes of smoke rising from the US military base illegally operating in the Al Tanf region, the Pentagon's USCENTCOM admitted its base was attacked, claimed none of its personnel were killed without explaining how nobody gets killed from a successful explosion and cried about the attack!
The base is also manned by remnants of an ISIS-affiliated terrorist group being trained by the US Army, the group goes now by the name Syrian Free Army, formerly it was called Maghawir Thawra, previous to that it was called Khalid ibn Waleed Army which was a branch of ISIS and prior to that it was called Al Qaeda Levant (aka Nusra Front), before all of that, it was called the Free Syrian Army. So basically, after 12 years, the only thing that changed was recording the name from Free Syrian Army to Syrian Free Army!
The USCENTCOM claimed that the air defenses of the base managed to shoot down 2 of the incoming 3 drones, contrary to local sources from the nearby region, the 3rd drone, as per the US Army statement made its way, and only two members of this ISIS-affiliated terrorist group it's training in the base were injured and have been medically treated.
Previously, the Syrian Resistance, an umbrella for unorganized Syrian militias and armed men, would bomb the US Army in Syria every time Israel bombs Syria, since there's no Israeli bombing preceding this drone attack on the US Army in Al Tanf, guesses are varying between it's a retaliation against the terrorist attacks carried out by the ISIS-affiliated terrorists in this base across the southern provinces of Daraa, Quneitra, Sweida, and southern Damascus Countryside, or it was carried out by another armed militia yet to be identified.
Dozens of Al Qaeda herds launched an intensive attack across an axis of 3 towns in the southern Idlib countryside in northwest Syria against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) advanced units protecting the liberated towns and villages, the attackers were met with the might of the SAA and lost significantly, some of their commanders were among the killed.

When she was the US's secretary of state, Hillary Clinton in a congressional hearing spilled the bean: 'we created Al Qaeda in Afghanistan.' Well, that was a shock for most westerners following her, but not for the rest of the world who knew this. The Pentagon later apologized for that 'mistake'.
The above preface might explain how the US-led coalition in the Al Tanf area managed to remove the head of the ISIS-affiliated terrorist group dubbed Maghawir Thawra and replaced him with the head of a smaller ISIS-affiliated terrorist group which the same coalition claimed back in 2017 it stopped arming because it was attacking the Syrian army without coordinating first with their base!

Syrian security in the Syrian southern province of Daraa raided a farm near the city of Jassim and killed 7 US-sponsored ISIS terrorists in the early hours of the morning yesterday, Friday 23rd of September.
After news of a terrorist group hiding on a farm on the outskirts of the city of Jassim in Daraa's northern countryside, a Syrian law enforcement unit was dispatched to the site, secured the perimeter, and raided a house built on the farm, heavy clashes with the ISIS terrorists eliminated 7 of them and a Syrian security agent was killed, locals and the Syrian official news agency Sana reported.

Idlib is Syria's smallest province of around 2.3% of the size of Syria, if the Syrian and Russian armies can locate this field used by Al Qaeda Aviation, how can't they be noticed by the Turkish army which maintains thousands of its troops next to these terrorists and the US army whose main efforts are to provide ISIS, Al Qaeda, and the Kurdish SDF separatist terrorists with information on the Syrian army?
Russian air force has been yesterday morning, some local sources said that 4 Russian fighter jets carried out a series of 16 sorties targeting Al Qaeda positions in the western Idlib countryside, the local sources noted that the terrorists were also busy gathering the remains of their buddies and attending to their wounded ones. Meanwhile, it was a field day for Al Qaeda's propaganda arm known as the White Helmets filming their usual Hollywood-style short films eyeing another Oscar Award.
As obvious from the above video, the ones filmed are not related to the bombing by fighter jets, that's not what casualties of fighter jets bombing look like, white flour and red paint with no pain agony sounds, or signs of pain to be seen on the alleged victims.
At least 7 of the terrorists were killed and 10 others injured as per the local sources, the terrorists belong to the Turkey-sponsored, Turkish army-protected Al Qaeda Levant (aka Nusra Front aka HTS also known in western media as Moderate Rebels).
The Syrian Army's artillery was simultaneously shelling other Al Qaeda positions in the same countryside.
The White Helmets and their parrots in the western mainstream do not report that terrorists were killed, they claim that only civilians, especially women and children are killed by the Syrian Army and their Russian Army allies. Syrian technicians managed in a record time to restore the Tal Tamr electric power station in the western countryside of Hasakah province in the northeast of Syria after the Turkish army and its proxy terrorist groups damaged the station by artillery bombing the day earlier.
The Tal Tamr station feeds electric supplies to hundreds of thousands of people in the region and more importantly, it feeds the main water pumping stations providing fresh water for the entire western Hasakah region.
Tal Tamr station has been destroyed numerous times before, just like the Alouk water station in the same region, even ISIS (ISIL - Daesh) did not destroy either of these stations but NATO's second-largest army, the Turkish army did, let that sink in.
It won't be the last time the Syrian technicians will be fixing the Tal Tamr station and other infrastructure in northern Syria, the country's infrastructure is systematically targeted by the various members of the US camp including and not limited to: the US army, UK MI6 agents, Israel, Al Qaeda, ISIS, and its affiliated Maghawir Thawra, Kurdish SDF separatist terrorists, the Turkish army and the plethora of terrorist variants of Al Qaeda sponsored by it.
All those powers want to Israelize northern Syria, uproot its people, replace them with imported non-related people from other countries, establish a number of cantons that would be in constant fighting with each other and all dominated by NATO under its US leadership, take Libya as an example, or Afghanistan, or Somalia, or anywhere visited by the nation-building [sic] NATO 'defensive' block.
The Syrian security agencies in the Daraa countryside unearthed a large collection of weapons and munition hidden by ISIS terrorists.
Based on the confession of the arrested terrorists from the latest qualitative security operation that led to the killing of the top commanders of ISIS in Syria's southern region, the authorities stormed the properties in which the weapons and munition were hidden.
After the liberation of Daraa in 2018 and earlier last year, the remnants of ISIS (ISIL - Daesh) terrorists fled toward the US Army's illegal military base in the Al Tanf area, since then, they have been launching their terrorist attacks against the Syrian people, army and security personnel, notables, and public workers in the southern region and fleeing back to the safe haven provided by the US army.
No thanks to the US and EU taxpayers and to the Gulfies regimes, the terrorists in Syria were stuffed with weapons enough to arm an entire army of a medium-sized nation, if not more, and mostly with very advanced weaponry and military equipment worth billions of dollars.
The Engineering Corps of the Syrian army ran out of storage places to hold the seized weapons it is destroying them especially since the seized weapons do not match the ones used by the Syrian armed forces.
