Syria calls them occupation forces and oil thieves, the former US commander in chief, their supreme commander, Trump said they are in Syria to 'keep the oil' because he 'likes oil', their presence in Syria's oil-rich and fertile region and in the southeast of the country allowed the growth of ISIS, which was on the brinks of annihilation by the Syrian Army and its allies had the USA not stepped in.
Whatever western officials claim about the nature of tasks of the US forces in Syria, everything else points they are only a cause for trouble, their presence in Syria is in violation of international law, the UN Charter, and every statement of the United Nations Security Council which ironically, the US signs on.
China is getting sick of this violation and the double standards of the US foreign policy, the Chinese foreign ministry has repeatedly called on the USA to remove its troops from Syria and lift the illegal unilateral coercive measures dubbed sanctions on that country, the latest call was yesterday.
Chinese foreign ministry's spokeswoman called on the United States of America to immediately withdraw its troops from Syria, accusing them rightly of plundering the country's resources and demanding the lift of the US sanctions.
The hostile policies of the 'inclusive' Biden's junta especially in regard to Taiwan have helped crystalize the Chinese policy.
