It is an established fact by now, 10 years on since the beginning of the war of terror on Syria that it was never a civil war, was never peaceful protesters against a dictatorship, was never Syrian rebels against a state, nothing of what the Pentagon propagandists were promoting, it was an onslaught against the country that refused to recognize Israel before Israel withdraws from the occupied Syrian Golan and from Palestine, that's what all former US and other western officials started saying but only after they left their offices.
In their war of terror waged against the Syrian people, the Pentagon and its NATO stooges have imported tens of thousands of terrorists from all sides of the world and dumped them in Syria, a UN report by the end of 2014 estimated the numbers of foreign fighters at 225,000, that's more than total number of the Syrian army at any given time. NATO and stooges financed and armed these terrorists with all sorts of weapons, and still, the terrorists when left without direct arming they built their own weapons, some of which were in the shape of artillery, and a question by a Quora member is within this topic.

I’m not a missiles expert but I can confirm to you that those improvised rocket artillery built by the US-sponsored terrorists fighting the Syrian state are very effective as they were never built to target fortified barracks, they were mainly bombing residential neighborhoods, tens of thousands of people were killed by such rockets.
