Syrian Drug Enforcement Agency Seized 800 Kgs of Hashish in Homs

Syrian Drug Enforcement Agency seized 800 kg of hashish and arrested two of those involved. The law enforcement agency’s latest bust was carried out based on a tip from locals about a number of people trafficking and promoting narcotic drugs in the province of Homs, central Syria.

“Promoting” is the act of first giving out free samples, then selling them at reduced rates for the purpose of creating addiction. Once hooked, the addicts must then pay the full price. Three Million Homes Delivered by Maduro’s Social Program in Venezuela

The Venezuelan Social Program launched in 2011 by late President Hugo Chavez and continued by Nicolas Maduro has achieved its 2019 goal by delivering 3 million units.
President Maduro announced in a tweet:

“What a beautiful moment! On Dec. 26 we met the goal set by our Commander Chavez: to build 3 million dwellings for the joy and happiness of the Venezuelan people. Blessed is the day the Venezuelan Great Housing Mission (GMVV) was born, which aims to deliver 5 million homes and much more.”
