A Syrian child tests a smart prosthetic.Syria’s Step Association is preparing to launch a new project to supply 50-70 smart prosthetics for children under 18 who have suffered upper limb amputations. The Step Association was licensed in 2014, and has provided 400 artificial limbs since 2016. This is the second project to focus on artificial limbs for children.
