Israel is desperate to start a regional war long before the current Russian special military operation in Ukraine, this Russian operation has pushed the Israelis to their edge as they see their work for decades in Ukraine getting ruined, they managed to install a regime in Kiev loyal to the Zionist cause to the extent that the Zionist Jews in Ukraine form the smallest minority yet the posts of the president, prime minister, ministers of defense and culture, the mayors of main Ukrainian cities, the embedding of the Nazi battalions within the Ukrainian army, and the financial system of Ukraine were all under the Zionists control, now threatened.
Pentagon 'strategists' and their 'Israeli' allies have not expected that Syria could withstand the aggression by 350,000 anti-Islamic suicide terrorists brought into the country from over 80 countries around the world and funded to the tune of 138 billion US dollars by the Saudis and Qataris alone until May 2017, of what has become known after the rift between Al Saud and Al Thani of Qatar which led their former prime minister to expose these spendings. Add to them the billions of dollars and Euros of funding to the fake revolution in Syria by the USA itself, the European Union, and a host of other countries even Japan!
These setbacks to the US/ Israel/ NATO/ Gulfies/ EU and all their institutions to take over Syria left Israel with no choice but to take advantage of the US troops still in the region (illegally in Syria and in Iraq), Turkey is still under the Zionist loyal slave and the enemy of everything Islamic the Turkish madman Erdogan, and the monies still in the coffers of Al Saud and Al Thani to start its regional war, to weaken Syria and its allies, and to help its boys in Ukraine by distracting Russia.
Syria has been fighting to defend itself from a NATO aggression disguised at first as a colored revolution but the culprits were in such a hurry they instantly revealed their real nature and engaged in massacres, just like what we saw last week in Kazakhstan (Kazakistan), however, in Syria, all of NATO member states, their Gulfies proxies with their very deep pockets, and all their regional and far way stooges especially Israel have been working on overdrive to destroy Syria when they couldn't overthrow its legitimate government.
And Israel is the one who has the most to lose in the case of Syria's victory over the world's 'largest army of terrorists' formed mainly of ISIS, Al Qaeda with its different names, mercenaries, and contracts coming from all corners of the planet, the total of suicide bombers alone forming the backbone of this army exceeded 350,000 members, the Syrians managed to kill almost half of them, and that was at a very high cost, especially the human cost Syria paid of its people.
Israel is not happy with the defeat of its proxy terrorists and their sponsors therefore, whenever the terrorists are hammered by the Syrian and later joined the Russian air forces, Israel carries out a show off air raid, when the terrorists needed further support, NATO came in and bombed Syria twice, but that was futile as well for them.
The latest of Israeli bombings was a couple of days before last year's end, it was a dangerous escalation bombing the Syrian main commercial Port of Latakia on the Mediterranean, the Israeli bombing coming from across the Mediterranean targeted the containers yard destroying mostly food and fuel containers that some estimates put the losses at 350 million US dollars.
In the bombing of Latakia commercial port, Israel has crossed a red line, in its continuous aggression in the region, and by committing yet another war crime, it is a war crime to bomb commercial ports, it also justifies a Syrian retaliation against any or all Israeli commercial ports under the international law of the principle of reciprocal response, then we will also hear all the international condemnation for the justified retaliation as now the silence of the self-proclaimed international community is deafening, talking about double standards.

Four days before the deadline for the US troops to withdraw from Iraq and subsequently, from Syria 'or else' as promised by the Iraqi resistance factions, Israel dangerously escalated the situation and targets Syria's main seaport in Latakia for the 2nd time within this month, the 4th time it bombs a Syrian main port within the past 2 months.
This latest bombing came at 3:20 am local time, Israel fired a barrage of missiles from the Mediterranean toward the commercial seaport targeting mainly the containers yard and destroying a large number of the containers.
A cheap but dangerous attack comes 2 weeks after the previous one targeting the same container's yard in the same port, and a month after a double bombing that targeted the city of Tartous and the western Homs countryside in the central region of Syria.
The whole world knows that Israel cannot carry out any aggression without the green light of its protectors and sponsors, mainly NATO and the Gulfies, and in specific a green light from the USA which seems to be in a moment of the decision whether to continue its withdrawal of forces from Syria and Iraq or sacrifice them in yet a new war for Israel.
The Syrian leadership is not giving its cards easily, on the one hand, Syria has nothing to lose, the banks of targets that NATO wanted to be destroyed was destroyed by the hundreds of thousands of terrorists shipped to Syria for the past 11 years and by the blockade imposed on the country by some of the world's superpowers and super-rich countries, all of Syria's adversaries have a lot to lose and Syria has stockpiled enough missiles to make sure they suffer the same what it suffered in any new confrontation if not much more if its allies in Hezb Allah and the Iranian IRGC joins the missiles firing retaliation spree.
Will the strategic patience be weighed in now and allow the USA to withdraw its troops, will Syria retaliate whatever the consequences would be, will the Pentagon officials sacrifice their soldiers in the entire region, there are thousands of them deployed as sitting ducks across the region, or are there still a few wise decision-makers in the US regime that will not sacrifice more soldiers for Israel? The coming few days will tell.
