In Lebanon global powers settle their scores for a couple of reasons: One it's already a playground due to a huge number of rotten warlords turned politicians, and two, it neighbors Israel thus it should either surrender to Israel or live through hell until then.

A group of terrorists ran into unexpected members of one of the rare secular and patriotic parties in Lebanon, the SSNP, the terrorists were on their way to assassinate a top politician aligned with the Saudi camp in Lebanon, the plot was to make it look as the SSNP did it and ignite a civil war, their bad luck ran them into that patriotic group and the exchange of fire left three members of the SSNP killed, hunting down for the terrorists took days of hard work that included killings and arrests and finally, the terrorists' den was discovered and a law enforcement raid backed by the Lebanese Army.
The raid killed 13 ISIS terrorists, 15 others arrested and two of the Lebanese army soldiers were killed in the process
