20 June, Damascus, SANA- The Local Administration and Environment Ministry received on Thursday 100 44- seat buses provided by the People’s Republic of China to be distributed among the Syrian provinces and they will be put into service.
The shipment also included accessories and equipment for buses accompanied by 5 technicians who were sent to Syria to train cadres on using these buses and to make the required maintenance for them in the future.
following the signing of the receipt and delivery note with the Chinese Ambassador in Damascus Feng Biao, Local Administration and Environment Minister Hussein Makhlouf affirmed that the gift provided by the Chinese side comes in a time when terrorism-sponsoring states are continuing their unilateral coercive measures to exert pressure on the Syrian people.
